Rooms and prices

Your summary identifies dates, category, occupancy and meal plan for each room. The total includes VAT and all selected rooms and nights. SA means room only; AD includes breakfast. Extras not shown in the summary are not added. A room category does not guarantee a particular room number or layout. Special requests require confirmation by the hotel.

Payment, cancellation and no-show

100% payment when booking. Non-refundable rate. Cancellation or no-show incurs the full booking amount. There is no free cancellation. Contact Reception about changes or issues; changes require checking availability and terms. This condition does not affect any statutory rights you may have.

Enter card details on Stripe's secure payment page. The hotel does not store your card details. If payment is interrupted, check the result in the same browser tab or contact the hotel before paying again. Confirmation requires verifying payment and receipt of the booking by the hotel.

Hotel times

Check-in: 15:00–23:00. Check-out: by 12:00. Continental breakfast: 08:00–10:30. All times are local to the hotel. Contact Reception in advance about arrivals outside check-in hours.

Privacy

The controller is Montesinos y Molero S.L., at the address and contact details above. Contact details, room holders and stay information are used to process your request, manage the booking, payment and customer service, and comply with applicable legal obligations. Processing is based on pre-contractual measures, performance of the contract and legal obligations. This form is not used for advertising.

Stripe processes the information needed for payment under the privacy information on its payment page. Hosting and email providers support delivery of the service. Do not include identity documents, health information or card details in special requests. Information is retained during the relationship and applicable legal retention periods.

You may request access, rectification, erasure, objection, restriction and portability where applicable at recepcion@hotelalbohera.com or the controller's address. You may complain to the Spanish Data Protection Agency (www.aepd.es). The draft form remains in this browser session and may be cleared using “Clear my details”. A necessary session cookie keeps your selection and verifies the payment return.
